Shipping Policy

What are the shipping times?

We offer tracked shipping for all our items. Our shipping times are typically 7-15 business days. In the case that we are out of inventory it takes 3-5 weeks. Items usually are delivered within 10 business days, but there may be slight delays due to Covid-19 impact to the ability of our carriers to meet their normal standards of service.

How long do shipments take to be delivered?

After you placed your order, it will be transferred to "Processing". This process can take 2-4 business days to complete but on most cases just 24 hours.

After the "Processing" phase is completed, your order will be ready for shipment. We will send you the tracking number via the email that you used when placing your order. Please keep track of which email you used when creating your order, this is the only place you can access your order information.
